Job Description:
Food Expeditor (Expo)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Expo to act as the final bridge between the kitchen and the dining room. You will ensure every dish meets our quality standards before it reaches the guest:
Food Prep & Presentation: Prepare authentic Chaats, garnish all entrees and appetizers for a professional finish, and handle the plating of desserts.
Quality Control: Inspect every plate to ensure it meets restaurant standards for portion size, temperature, and presentation before service.
Order Management: Accurately pack all To-Go and delivery orders, ensuring all sauces, cutlery, and sides are included.
Support & Stocking: Assist both FOH and BOH teams during rushes and maintain inventory of "Expo" raw materials, including garnishes, sauces, and packaging containers.
