Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Indian Appetizer Chef to prepare authentic starters and tandoori items. The ideal candidate should be skilled with North Indian spices, marination techniques, and tandoor operations. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare North Indian appetizers (paneer tikka, seekh kebab, tandoori chicken, pakoras, samosas, etc.) • Handle marination and operate tandoor/fry stations • Prepare chutneys and simple chaat items • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and portion consistency • Assist with prep and coordinate with kitchen staff during service Requirements: • Experience cooking North Indian starters (tandoori experience preferred) • Knowledge of spices, marinations, and basic chaat items • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen • Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
