The Curry Chef prepares a variety of curries and manages orders , ensuring high-quality food and maintaining kitchen standards. Key Responsibilites : - Prepare a variety of curries using traditional methods and fresh ingredients. - Assist in updating the menu and experimenting with new dishes. - Supervise kitchen staff and maintain proper food handling practices. - Ensure dishes meet health regulations and conduct taste tests. - Engage with customers for feedback and make dish recommendations. - Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed. - Manage catering for events such as weddings and corporate functions, creating customized menus. Qualifications: - Experience as a chef with a focus on curry dishes. - Knowledge of spices and cooking techniques. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
