Job Summary: As an Assistant Chef, you’ll support our Head Chef in preparing high-quality Indian cuisine. You’ll help with food prep, cooking, and maintaining kitchen standards, ensuring every dish meets our taste and presentation expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking Indian dishes (curries, breads, rice, appetizers, etc.)
Support with chopping, marinating, grinding spices, and other prep work
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
Learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
