Job Description:
Assist in daily food preparation and basic cooking tasks. Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and ingredients as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas. Handle dishwashing and cleaning duties to ensure hygiene standards. Support the chef and kitchen staff with any additional tasks as required. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required—training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude. Willingness to learn and take direction. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
