Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen in day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Design, develop, and execute a North Indian menu that reflects both authenticity and innovation.
Oversee the preparation and execution of dishes with a strong focus on traditional spices, techniques, and textures.
Ensure that each dish is presented with aesthetic attention to detail, maintaining consistent and modern plating standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in North Indian cooking methods and plating techniques.
Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredients.
